Responsibilities
- The Digital Product Manager is responsible for the strategic elevation of Kohler Co.'s digital capabilities to provide associates, partners, and customers with best-in-class experiences.
- The role also serves as a key connector across stakeholders, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical considerations to deliver meaningful outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
- Manage the digital product portfolio end to end, with accountability for customer experience, business outcomes, and value delivery.
- Lead customer discovery, research, and problem definition to identify high-impact opportunities and keep the voice of the customer at the center of decisions.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery teams.
- Partner closely with Developers, UX/UI Design, Analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences across the journey.
