About the role
- Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Comprehensive knowledge in all aspects of Human Capital Management specifically in the areas of Federal Staffing, Classification and Employee/Labor Relations.
Requirements
- Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-04/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
- Thorough knowledge of governing laws and regulations including Office of Personnel Management policies.
- Working knowledge of DCPDS and CWA automated systems.
Compensation
- $105k-$163k
