- This role will be located in San Francisco, CA and report to the VP, Global Rewards.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to HR and business leadership teams, including program design, administration, reporting, planning, budgeting, and specific analyses.
- Co-create the year-end compensation process across multiple business areas from start to finish with peers on the Rewards team.
- Partner with the Recruiting team and Hiring Leaders to develop competitive new hire offer packages and manage related data.
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders on project delivery, managing multiple work streams and competing priorities.
- Work with large amounts of data and build mechanisms to streamline processes and balance risks.
- A player coach who develops and guides a high-performing team while successfully balancing strategic program design with hands-on execution.
- An analytical thinker with high data literacy and ability to transform data into actionable guidance that supports the Adyen business.

Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.

Nice to have
- Minimum 7 years of experience in compensation and/or people analytics, preferred.
- Technology industry compensation experience required, Financial Technology experience preferred.
