Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Physical Security and building management teams to address workplace issues, escalate concerns appropriately, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Create and distribute internal communications such as Slack updates, to keep employees informed and engaged.
- A willingness to be self-directed, with a knack for problem solving and finding inefficiencies - anticipate potential problems, and drive toward solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in facility management, business administration or relevant work experience.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience, ideally with a combination of office/facilities management, administrative work, and event planning.
- A proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines and projects
- must be highly organized.
- For this role, you are expected to work from the Chicago office 5 days per week.
