About the role

  • With deep expertise in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and marketing technology, you will elevate the client experience while advancing internal processes.
  • Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact, collaborating across Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation for new clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and sustained success.
  • Manage strategic projects for existing clients, such as product expansions, re-integrations, and custom initiatives.
  • Develop a deep knowledge base of your clients' technical setups, business needs, and performance preferences to serve as a strategic advisor over the long term.
  • Build and nurture relationships with executive-level stakeholders in marketing, technology, and design.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams in design, engineering, and QA to deliver on-time and within scope.
  • Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes and contribute insights to new product launches.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner with executive client stakeholders to deliver tailored implementation strategies that drive measurable value.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in SaaS implementation or consulting, with proven leadership in complex client engagements.
  • Strong track record of high-stakes project management with executive stakeholders.
  • Expertise in digital marketing/MarTech ecosystems (e.g., ESPs, commerce platforms, tag managers).

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000.
