Nice to have
- You have experience in retail or have held Customer Service positions in the past.
- You bring prior contact center experience!
- You possess working knowledge as a pharmacy technician.
- You have worked as a veterinary technician or in a similar role.
- You're comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, & Excel.
- You've attended some college or earned a degree.
- You can speak Spanish - bilingual candidates are a plus!
