Responsibilities
- Assisting clients related to the ordering and fulfillment of searches including securities, PPSA, corporate searches, document filing, and NUANS requests.
- Assisting clients related to ordering and fulfillment of NOSI Services including Homeowner Verification, Look-up of Land Titles PIN and Legal Descriptions, Land Title Searches, Preparation of Land Registry Documentation, and Registration of Land Title Documents.

- In this opportunity, you will provide administrative support to ESC's customers in processing, organizing, and reporting search and registration results related to the Personal Property Securities Act (PPSA).

Requirements
- Bilingual in French in English is required.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a quick-paced office setting.
- Performing other related tasks, as required.
- If filled in Toronto, there is a required hybrid work arrangement consisting of in-office and remote work.
