About the role

Thales Canada Defense & Security (TCDS) has a vacancy for a Supply Chain Engineering Manager.
The Manager is the Head of Discipline (HoD) responsible for Supply Chain Engineering across the organization.
You will also be the Resource Manager for the Supply Chain Engineering team.

As Supply Chain Engineering Manager, you will be responsible and accountable to the Director, Supply Chain for material definition and supply chain solutions in support of TCDS programs.
Finally, you will interface with the Customer, TCDS Engineering, Build Program, ILS, and LCMM teams to obtain accurate material implementation data.
Provides appropriate resources to deliver bids, projects and products
Coordinates Supply Chain IDE support for material data interfaces and maintenance (e.g. MAXIMO MMIS setup).

University degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Science, Engineering, Purchasing or possesses equivalent relevant experience in a similar field.
3-5 years of experience or strong foundational knowledge working in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory Management or Procurement.
Experience and a thorough understanding of end-to-end supply chain and procurement activities, acquired through first-hand, practical work experience.
Previous knowledge and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
You are a team player, have strong interpersonal skills and foster collaborative work both within your team and with outside stakeholders.
You know how to tackle complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
You are able to make decisions in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Uncertain (VUCA) environment.
You have proven dedication towards continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

The anticipated Total Target Compensation (TTC), inclusive of annual salary and bonus eligibility, for this role is $110,000 to 140,000 CAD Annual.
The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's status protected by local, provincial, and federal laws.
