- The Sr Manager, Market Management ensures holistic operational planning and management of the US business.
Requirements
- Collaborates across functions to ensure timely delivery of inputs required for planning and execution
- Extensive experience in key account management, demand planning, customer planning, or data analytics
- Skilled in conflict management, with the ability to independently solve problems and make sound decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively interpret data, identify trends and challenge the status quo
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in a business-related field

Compensation
- The salary for this position has a range of $134,750.00 - $202,126.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
- The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
