About the role

  • Our Payroll Analyst will be part of the NAMER payroll team responsible for preparing and processing US payroll for assigned entities within Monks.
  • This is a role for someone curious to learn more and willing to innovate.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with reconciliation of payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
  • Perform audits and work with our Payroll Manager on state and federal payroll tax matters to ensure the Company is compliant in all the latest tax developments and legislations
  • Collaborate with other teams on cross-functional payroll matters

Requirements

  • Perform payroll analysis and research as required
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company's then-current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.
  • Experience with processing multi-state payroll
  • Experience with G Suite, including Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets, is a plus
  • Experience with Ceridian/Dayforce and Workday is a plus

Compensation

  • $70,000 - $75,000 USD
  • Maintain and update our HRIS and payroll systems data to include new hires, terminations, promotions/salary changes, title changes, benefits, and garnishments
  • The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate's sex or any other protected status.
