About the role
- As a Staff Product Manager at Huntress, you will assist the CTO in driving the success and expansion of our SIEM product launched in October 2024.
- They don't need a SIEM with all the advanced features and the costs that come with that
- This is an opportunity to upend the existing SIEM market for everyone who wants or needs a SIEM but whose current solutions don't work.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and perform competitor analysis and research in order to drive strategy as well as pricing and the product roadmap
- Work with designers, engineers, and architects to create detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories that will be used to shape product specifications and architecture

- Collaborate with marketing and other key stakeholders to drive and execute product launches to market
- Drive high-level strategic initiatives and execution while possessing a willingness to dig into the weeds
- Work with design and engineering teams to produce mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to assess the validity and strength of a new product or feature idea.
- That's why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC).
- As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Requirements
- Experience leading product innovation, feature ideation, delivery, and launch
- Experience working in an agile development environment using agile development tools
- Experience with products delivered from AWS or other cloud environments
- Demonstrate an ability to decipher and articulate potentially ambiguous client needs and mold them into successful, innovative solutions that surprise and delight the customer
- Serve as the intermediary between engineering and senior management and other non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to break down and translate highly technical information into layman's terms and vice versa
- 7+ years of experience in a product management role with past responsibility for SIEM products; bonus for SOAR Products
- Demonstrated success driving longer-term vision and strategy that resulted in outperformance
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering products utilizing artificial intelligence tools and technologies, such as Claude or similar
- Leverage excellent written and verbal communication skills to create epics and stories for engineering that align engineers with intended outcomes
- Strong creative and critical thinking abilities
- Experience building products for the SMB is a significant benefit
