Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of service agreements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage customer and agent contracts, including NDAs, ensuring compliance and timely delivery
- Lead the food packaging service sales team to support key strategic initiatives and client solutions.
- Prepare strategic reports and business updates to support leadership visibility and planning.
- Drive business development and growth initiatives, representing Service Americas on global project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales or other relevant degree or substitute for equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years experience working with capital equipment
- 5+ years experience leading a team
- 5+ years experience in sales
- Domestic and International Travel required at least 30% of the time

- German, Spanish or Portuguese language skills a plus
