The Manager, Credit fosters a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement, supporting employee development and serving as a mentor to supervisors to strengthen leadership capability across the department.

Bachelor's Degree degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
4-6 years of progressive experience in credit, accounts receivable, collections, or credit risk management
1-3 years of supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of credit analysis, including review of financial statements, credit reports, and risk indicators
Experience establishing and enforcing credit policies, payment terms, and credit limits
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Dynamics 365 and related software applications
Employees are required to work in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week and additional days may be added based on business needs.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel.

You`ll earn between $90,000 - $125,000 (WA, NJ)
$82,350 - $114,375 (MN, NV, TX, VA)
$79,200 - $110,000 (AZ, ID, FL MT, OH) annually, depending on experience.
Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 15% of base salary.
Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 152 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.
401k plan and matches $1 for $1 up to 4% of earnings, matched & vested at every pay cycle
