Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to firm leaders as assigned, including managing schedules and communications.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Maintain client databases and contact information.
- Perform various other tasks as assigned that may not fall within the scope of this job description.
- Perform work in a professional manner and in accordance with firm policies and professional standards.
- Communicate and cooperate effectively with clients, client staff, co-workers, supervisors, partners, and internal support staff.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, typing and 10-key.

- Prepare correspondence and reports as required.
- Assist with routine billing as required.
- Must be available to work the hours required to meet deadlines for work assigned.
- High School Diploma.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- One (1) year of office experience.
- Excellent typing, proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Prior experience working in a CPA firm or professional office environment.
- Working knowledge of office practices and procedures.
- Work Environment:
- Occasional same day travel for meetings and seminars.
- Increased workload required during certain times of the month and year.
- General office working conditions.
- Physical Requirements:
- Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer
