Responsibilities
- Review simple client requests and translate them into design and requirements that address the market needs.
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver features from detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
- The scope of this job includes executing WellSky's solution strategy in order to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients.
- This position supports Revenue Cycle Management and is based at WellSky's World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
Nice to have
- Experience using JIRA, Miro, or other solution mapping or development documentation tools and systems.
- Two years of experience working with products/solutions in an Agile scrum environment.
- Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
