About the role
- Mixlab, the fast-growing veterinary compounding pharmacy, is hiring a Pharmacy Associate in our New York pharmacy.
- This is a part-time role ( 21 hours/week), hourly role, compensated at $22-23 per hour depending on individual qualifications, experience, and skillset.
- Mixlab is proud to be a PCAB-accredited compounding pet pharmacy.
Responsibilities
- Performs other related duties and delivering orders on an as needed basis
- Perform additional cleaning and stocking tasks, including but not limited to stocking inventory, cleaning floors, cleaning inside hoods as needed per USP 795 and USP 800 guidelines, and maintaining and documenting the daily and monthly cleaning tasks
- Help maintain and move lab equipment as needed
Requirements
- You have acquired your High School Diploma or GED
- You have the ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
- You have a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- You are scrappy and resourceful
- You have flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ○ Ability to move, lift, or carry up to fifty (50) pounds
