About the role

  • You will set the experience vision across the end‑to‑end supply chain-translating deeply complex, operational workflows into intuitive, scalable, human‑centered digital experiences that improve speed, resilience, and service.
  • You will also guide how AI is used as a creative accelerant-unlocking new possibilities while maintaining high standards of craft, quality, and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Establish design principles and standards that balance usability, operational rigor, and scalability.
  • Build and Lead the Design & Research Practice
  • Build an in-house design practice from the ground up, including hiring the founding designers and researchers
  • Create a culture of critique, curiosity, and craft excellence
  • Embed Research and Design into Product Strategy and Discovery
  • Own Design Systems & Experience Architecture
  • Build a scalable design system that accelerates delivery and improves consistency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Compensation

  • United States of America: 217,400 USD - 245,300 USD
  • Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
  • Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
  • Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
  • Long-term Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
