About the role

  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end Brokered Business projects, meetings, and requests for information and assistance.
  • Investigate ways to improve or streamline existing processes.
  • Measure the outcomes and outputs of projects and process improvement endeavors and leverage quantitative results to inform direction of the business.

  • Lead and manage large-scale, org-wide projects through planning, development, launch, stabilization and close.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and/or projects with multiple work streams that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage and escalate project risks and issues as appropriate and establish success metrics for projects and ensure performance is tracked and measured.
  • Develop metrics to measure project effectiveness.
  • Support the creation of quarterly business reviews that can accurately capture and report operational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or college coursework in Business Administration or related field or equivalent business experience

  • Required
  • Education:
  • Utilizing desktop computing skills, including use of one or more word-processing, spreadsheet (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and presentation graphics (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Prezi) software programs
  • Conducting reviews to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Conducting risk assessments and root cause analysis
  • Evaluating effectiveness and efficiency of systems and business strategies
  • Conducting cost/benefit analysis
  • Analyzing performance problems
  • Designing, implementing and evaluating performance interventions

Skills

  • Knowledge of:
  • Project planning and management processes and techniques
  • Techniques for monitoring goal achievement
  • Process improvement techniques
  • Insurance operations competencies
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Skilled in preparation of clear, concise and complete analysis, proposals, reports and other written materials
  • Contribute a high level of expertise in content knowledge
  • Set priorities and to respond to changing demands from multiple sources
  • Work effectively in an environment where compliance with processes and procedures is a priority
  • Maintain confidentially of sensitive information
  • Multi-task, work under pressure and adapt to change

Compensation

  • Project Lead - Brokered Business will earn a competitive salary of $80,000 - $85,000 annually with annual bonus potential based on performance.
  • ACG's Compensation philosophy is to provide a market-competitive structure of fair, equitable and performance-based pay to attract and retain excellent talent that will enable ACG to meet its short and long-term goals.
  • ACG utilizes a geographic pay differential as part of the base salary compensation program.
  • Pay ranges outlined in this posting are based on the various ranges within the geographic areas which ACG operates.
  • Salary at time of offer is determined based on these and other factors as associated with the job and job level.
