About the role

  • Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
  • Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
  • Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.

Responsibilities

  • Physical Therapist (PT) Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to support strong patient outcomes.
  • You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while collaborating with a supportive clinical team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes and patient experiences.

Requirements

  • Physical Therapist (PT) Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
  • Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Compensation

  • $82k-$90k
