About the role

  • The Product Developer plays a key role in bringing products from concept to production by partnering with Product Management, Design, Merchandising and global vendor teams.
  • This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple brands, development calendars and vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day product development activities across multiple brands, seasons and vendor partners.
  • Partner with Product Manager, Design and Merchandising teams throughout the development process.
  • Support development of prints, graphics, embellishments, washes and specialty treatments.
  • Lead or support fabric and trim sourcing initiatives aligned with brand identity and target costs.
  • Partner with Product Manager and Design/Merch teams to support costing goals.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to balance quality, design intent and cost requirements.
  • Manage vendor communications, development timelines, approvals and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of apparel Product Development or Production experience in apparel wholesale, retail or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the product development process from concept through production.
  • Experience with Centric PLM, BOM management and product data maintenance.
