About the role
- You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to screening to closing candidates for our sales organization.
- To thrive in this role, you should love working on both volume and more complex roles, and seek out high-impact work with broad visibility across the company.
- Source a large pipeline of high quality candidates across 3-4 high business priority roles at a given time
Responsibilities
- Engage with a high bar of candidates, vet and screen them, and manage interviewing and hiring process from start to finish
- Do whatever it takes to close the best candidates + deliver a great interviewing experience
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Experience hiring account and customer success managers
- Experience working with broader business functions like marketing and post sales organizations, and as well as niche, senior level positions
- Ability to influence and build strong relationship with senior leadership
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
- Pride yourself in being incredibly proactive and able to navigate through ambiguity
- Detail-oriented and strong at multitasking in order to manage multiple reqs at a time
- Process oriented yet scrappy enough to thrive and grow in a fast moving start up
- Experience negotiating and working with startup equity
