About the role
- Duties include loading and unloading trucks, receiving raw materials and products, and picking, packing wrapping, labeling, and or shipping products using forklift and pallet jack.
- Move raw and packaging materials to the production area using the FIFO standard.
- Must pass forklift test and driver test that is given by the company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain receiving and shipping logs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain receiving/ shipping logs and make sure that incoming and outgoing products and material are in good condition.
Requirements
- The employee must have the ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, push, pull, twist, crawl, climb stairs/ladders, and be able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds.
- Must be able to operate a forklift in a safe manner.
Nice to have
- Requires high school diploma, or equivalent.
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing warehouse and or distribution environment is preferred.
