- The ideal candidate is a seasoned nursing and operations leader that is comfortable managing in a matrix environment.
- This position will be based out of Litchfield, IL and requires relocation to the area for regular onsite presence.
Requirements
- Nursing degree must be either a BSN or MSN
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required within 90 days of date of hire.

Compensation
- A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
- $205,900 - $242,200
- Salary Range: $205,900 - $242,200

- Base salary with bonus potential
- A successful candidate's placement within the range will be based on several factors including direct healthcare nursing leadership experience, certifications, and education.
- Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, management, finance or related field is required or must be actively pursuing degree and graduate within 2 years of assuming the role.
- 7 years of leadership experience in a hospital or health system, multi-specialty group practice, and/or integrated delivery system is required.
