About the role

  • Summary/Objective: Harper General Contractors is a commercial construction company serving the southeast with offices across North and South Carolina.
  • Duties will be performed in both office environments and construction jobsites.
  • Essential Functions: Assist office staff and field users with software and hardware problem resolution.

Responsibilities

  • To build up our communities, our clients and each other by building trust in everything we do.
  • The IT Support Specialist will setup, configure and troubleshoot end-user technology including network, software, hardware, and operating systems.
  • Document time spent and resolution details in ticketing system.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high customer service standards.
