About the role

  • Region (Of Country/World) Remote (within USA - W/ On-Site Meetings Expected).
  • Serve as a Geophysicist - Technical Due Diligence & Engineering Validation

Responsibilities

  • Geoscience and subsurface evaluation services provide seismic interpretation, geological and geophysical analysis, subsurface characterization, basin and reservoir assessment, resource validation, and exploration and development uncertainty reviews to evaluate resource potential, quantify technical and geologic risks, and support informed investment, financing, and project development decisions.
  • Provides Independent Engineering advisory support for Energy Dominance Financing (EDF) Program technical due diligence, credit evaluation, lifecycle monitoring, and assurance activities, with emphasis on seismic interpretation, geophysical risk, subsurface characterization, and resource support.
  • Reviews project documentation, evaluates technical and commercial interfaces, identifies risks and mitigations, validates assumptions, supports conditions precedent and disbursement readiness reviews where applicable, and prepares defensible work products including seismic interpretations, geophysical uncertainty assessments, maps, volumes, and technical risk summaries.
  • Coordinates with engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations, environmental, HSE, and project controls stakeholders to support timely lender and DOE decision-making.
