Responsibilities
- As an Employment Support Specialist (Job Coach), you'll provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities as they explore, secure, and succeed in competitive, integrated employment.
- You'll be a mentor, advocate, and partner in helping others reach their goals through:
- Meeting clients in their homes and community to build trust and connection
- Helping develop or revise resumes, practice interviews, and identify job leads

Requirements
- Required (Must-Have)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, or lift
- Knowledge of the job market and hiring process
Nice to have
- Fluency in ASL, Spanish, Hmong, Somali, or Oromo preferred
- High school diploma or GED plus at least 4 years of experience providing direct care or support to individuals with disabilities or older adults OR
Skills
- Week in the Life of a Job Coach - Dungarvin
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience teaching, coaching, or mentoring individuals in employment-related skills
