About the role
- The QA Testing Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and accessibility of the CRB Digital Originations applications through comprehensive manual and automated testing practices.
- Remote roles will also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for moments that matter.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Develop, maintain, and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites.
- Design and maintain automated tests using approved testing frameworks and tools.
- Perform API, database, and user interface testing to validate application functionality and data integrity.
- Identify, document, track, and verify resolution of software defects while providing clear status updates.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and fellow QA team members throughout the Agile development lifecycle
- Validate releases in test and production environments, including post-deployment verification activities.
- Support quality, accessibility, security, and compliance standards while contributing to continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related, field specialized training, or equivalent work experience
- 3 years' experience of software testing experience, including manual and automated
- 1 year experience in mobile testing using mobile browsers and apps
- 3 years' experience creating and executing test cases from business requirements and user stories
- 3 years' experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and writing SQL queries
Nice to have
- Experience with WebdriverIO
- Experience with CICD tooling (Jenkins)
- Experience with ADO and Azure Test Plans
- Understanding of responsiveness testing and Web Accessibility/WCAG
- Experience in financial industry and in a Regulatory and Compliance environment preferred.
