This is a hands-on, time pressured project, so you'll need to be happy getting stuck into all elements of the recruitment process, with the autonomy to lead this project alongside the support of our Global Talent Acquisition team.
As our brand ambassador, you'll partner with collaborative stakeholders to help you meet business goals and provide the best possible candidate experience to our future talent.
Your recruitment experience and your commercial intelligence will help you to build strong partnerships with your specialist areas as you become their subject matter expert in all things recruitment.

$90,000-$110,000.
This role will be based mostly on site from our New York office.
This will be a fixed term contract for 6 months.
The internal title will be Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
As part of our recruitment process, we may use automated or AI-supported tools to assist with application review and screening.
These tools are used to support, not replace, human decision-making.
