About the role
- LLB/JD, and member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario.
- Ideally 1-2 years of industry experience in entertainment/media, marketing and advertising; in-house experience at a global brand is considered an asset.
- Proven legal and business judgement to make effective decisions and problem solve.
Responsibilities
- Through our global digital network across YouTube, FAST and AVOD, we deliver premium, broadcast-quality content to today's kids and families wherever they're watching-connecting brands to audiences at scale and offering advertisers one of the largest digital inventories in family media.
- WildBrain CPLG, our global licensing and consumer products arm, represents our own and partner brands across major territories worldwide.
- Monitoring marketing regulations, advertising standards and data protection regulations, and translating into practical advice in support of marketing and brand campaigns unique to kids-focused marketing.
- Apply sound judgement to manage and resolve time-sensitive escalations quickly and effectively to support the business unit's ambitious objectives.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with WildBrain's business units to support brand management and marketing initiatives.

Compensation
- $140,000 - 155,000 CAD (with bonus eligibility).
