About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted client partner, leading regular communication and building strong relationships throughout engagements.
  • Balance creative and technical ambition with business objectives to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Partner with discipline leads to estimate resources, manage staffing plans, and align teams to project needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by challenging processes, driving operational excellence, and helping teams deliver their best work.
  • Delivery management is the engine that drives projects forward at Code and Theory.
  • They plan, manage, lead, price, challenge, and innovate to ensure flawless execution while balancing client success with agency business outcomes.
  • As a Senior Project Manager, you will run projects independently or under the leadership of Program Directors, while working closely with clients and internal teams to successfully deliver solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of product development and ways of working, with the ability to apply best practices and mentor junior Project Managers.
  • Proven ability to independently, yet love working with your teams and clients.
  • Strong understanding of resource planning, staffing, and project financials.
  • Ability to foster trust, collaboration, and positivity across internal teams and client partnerships.

Nice to have

  • Prior agency/services experience
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms

Compensation

  • The base compensation range for this role is $110,000– $140,000 and spans multiple levels.
