About the role
- JOIN THE PRIME HOME HEALTH TEAM FT OPENING IN NEW BRAUNFELS Prime Home Health is a growing healthcare agency that is proud to serve the greater New Braunfels area.
- You must live in the New Braunfels area, this is not a remote position.
- It's easy to use and you will be able to save time charting and completing notes, and most importantly, allow for more time to be spent on patient treatment rather than dealing with lengthy documentation.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with current and unencumbered license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas.
- Minimum One (1) year of adult in-home health care experience preferred.
- Excellent time management skills
- Possess and maintain valid CPR BLS certification.
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills
- nursing skills per competency checklist.
