Working Conditions: - Hybrid work model. - Standard workweek with occasional extended hours as needed. - Up to 10% travel across North America.

Conduct compliance reviews and coordinate activities with cross-functional partners.
Support FERC audit activities and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and regulators.
Design and deliver training sessions and awareness programs to strengthen compliance knowledge.
Ability to communicate effectively with partners at all levels.

Bachelor's degree in a related field along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance, audit, or regulated environments, or familiarity with FERC-regulated natural gas assets and tariffs.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Final candidates for this position may be required to undergo a security screening, including a criminal records check.

Experience in the energy or FERC-regulated industry.
Knowledge of FERC reporting, the Uniform System of Accounts, and audit methodologies.
Experience supporting compliance reviews or audits.
Professional certification or working toward one is an asset.
