About the role

Responsibilities

  • Research and conclude on technical accounting matters and document conclusions in formal accounting position papers.
  • Design, implementation, and operate SOX 404 controls over assigned technical accounting areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 10+ years of progressive experience with concentration on technical accounting
  • strong technical expertise in multiple facets of US GAAP and capability to conduct independent research
  • A track record of process automation, with a passion for applying AI to accounting workflows.

Nice to have

  • Prior public accounting experience required, Big 4 preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)

Compensation

  • Base Salary Range: $117,000 to $137,000 (This applies to full time hires. Final offer determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to function, level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience.)
