About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide employee relations management that creates a positive organizational culture and minimizes risk.
- Implement and execute performance management programs and procedures, including but not limited to performance appraisals and performance improvement plans.
- Management and development of a team of Human Resource Business Partners.
- The Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner for AgriSompo is responsible for aligning AgriSompo's business objectives with its employees and leaders to enable strategy, shape behaviors and drive results.
- Most importantly, the VP, HR Business Partner will manage and develop a highly dynamic, business facing HR team through our next phase of growth and change.
Requirements
- 10+ years management experience, with strong people management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- experience with HRIS
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office Skills required
- Ensure high degree of discretion and confidentiality.

- Critical Thinking - Sound decision making that is data driven

- Communication - Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence on compensation, recruiting, learning & development, and diversity & inclusion initiatives to integrate programs into business-facing deliverables, including annual compensation planning, AgriSompo-specific compensation programs, training, talent acquisition, and employee learning and development.
