Responsibilities
- Regularly meets with department leads and operators, consistently reviewing standard work and providing guidance
- Develop leadership bench strength for upcoming new programs and attrition
- Lead root‑cause and corrective‑action efforts (RCCA) and promote a strong culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline
- Drive continuous improvement
- Work actively with Value Stream Managers and Lean leaders to support process improvements
- Attends Value Stream related meetings and flows to leads

Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED is required
- 5+ years of manufacturing operations experience
- Direct industry experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing environments
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, work instructions, engineering change orders (ECOs), and test procedures.
- 3+ of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Demonstrated experience in managing skilled technicians, coaching and fostering a high‑performance, accountable team culture.
- Working knowledge of TWI training
- Experience creating Job Breakdown Sheets
- Experience leading Kata and Kaizen

Compensation
- Salt Lake City, UT $80,000.00-$100,000.00 Annually
- Salary Range Disclaimer
