Responsibilities
- Partner directly with Decagon's founders on high-stakes, complex enterprise opportunities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships, including private equity firms, systems integrators, ecosystem partners, and PE-backed platforms
- Work with PE firms to drive Decagon adoption across portfolio companies
- Leverage executive relationships to accelerate enterprise evaluations, influence build vs. buy decisions, and drive urgency
- Represent Decagon at executive briefings, private dinners, industry events, and partner meetings across the U.S.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with senior executives, VC/PE investors, and operators, and close complex, relationship-driven opportunities
- Proven judgment in prioritizing deals, partners, and markets

- Decagon is scaling rapidly, and we're looking to bring on a Business Development, Private Equity Lead to join the Founder's Office and help drive expansion.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic growth, partnerships, enterprise GTM, or founder-adjacent roles
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments without heavy process
- Success depends on judgment, executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, founder-led situations.
