About the role
- The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking technical leader with deep cloud infrastructure expertise, a security-first mindset, and a proven record of delivering reliable, high-performing technology environments in fast-moving organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead security initiatives, applying zero trust principles, conditional access, and identity governance while partnering with security teams to enforce compliance, reduce risk, and protect the organization's data and systems.
- Drive automation practices to reduce manual overhead and improve operational consistency.
- Govern and optimize enterprise SaaS and AI platforms, overseeing SSO integrations, lifecycle management, and cloud cost optimization to maximize platform value while maintaining security and compliance standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers through cloud migrations, platform transformations, and system upgrades, setting technical direction, maintaining architectural documentation, driving continuous improvement, and serving as the escalation point for complex infrastructure challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to design secure, scalable, and highly available cloud environments while applying cloud security best practices, governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical initiatives, coach and uplift team members, and collaborate effectively across IT and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise cloud infrastructure
Nice to have
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required, relevant certifications and demonstrated experience are equally valued.
