About the role

  • This role balances individual hiring and high-volume hiring with a focus on quality of hire and candidate experience.
  • This role operates with strong independence in day-to-day execution, applies functional expertise, and identifies opportunities to improve recruiting processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting across all frontline teams for both internal and external job requisitions. This includes high-volume seasonal hiring and individual roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and timelines
  • Proactive Sourcing & Pipeline Building
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies (direct sourcing, community outreach, partnerships)
  • Build diverse candidate pipelines aligned to business needs and company values
  • Maintain ongoing pipelines for high-volume and recurring roles
  • Support internal mobility while maintaining fairness and transparency
  • Partner with the recruiting technology team to simplify and streamline hiring workflows for managers and candidates
  • Partner with People + Culture Business Partners, Talent Technology teams

Requirements

  • Experience You Bring
  • Experience with complex offer negotiations sometimes requiring relocation or tight timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to influence hiring managers and guide decision-making
  • Experience identifying process gaps and driving improvements
  • Proficiency with major ATS/HRIS technology ( e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Greenhouse) to create requisitions, review records, and manage candidate flow from post to hire.
  • Experience filling positions in multiple states and jurisdictions, often with unique legal and compliance requirements

  • Capable of moving between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

Compensation

  • $95,000-$110,000 USD Annual
