About the role
- This is a 2 days/week in office requirement role (Sandy Springs, GA) What will you contribute?
- You will be a facilitator and motivator, working across departments and offices to ensure collaboration, communication, visibility, and successful delivery of programs and projects.
- Advise on the necessary programs to achieve success and provide value to Indeed.

Requirements
- Proven experience working with software developers, scrum masters, and/or product managers as a technical project/program manager at a technology company.
- You have in-depth experience with specific agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFE.
- You are familiar with organizational maturity and related transformation.
- You are strong in prioritization frameworks and matching skills to the right work.
- You are comfortable talking about technical matters with business people and business matters with technical people.
