Responsibilities
- Develop Execution Strategy
- Design/Pre-con Leadership - Build a healthy, high-performing team (CRB, Sub-consultants, Owner, and Trade Partners)
- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects. (Chartering, Safety, Design, Pre-Construction, Permitting, Construction, Document Control, Procurement, C&Q, Automation, Consulting), and through the warranty period
- Ensure the CRB Team understands and maintains Standard of Care throughout the project.
- Lead the CRB team and the owner through Business Case Alignment and Chartering Phases
- Lead PEP Development
- Partners with preconstruction group to plan the project for success (e.g., constructability, procurement, logistics planning, scope reviews, budgeting and costing).
- Ensure all pertinent logistics are incorporated into the phasing, design, and construction plans.
- Develops, manages, and maintains schedules and timelines.
- Develops, monitors, tracks, and negotiates project costs to ensure projects are successful and profitable.
Requirements
- Project Director develops and implements a plan to deliver the required project and services in the most effective and efficient manner possible and may oversee a single large project or multiple projects.
- Candidates must be willing to travel to project sites around Columbus, Lexington, Indianapolis, Cleveland, and Louisville
- Ensure all required management tools, systems, and best practices are set up and utilized.
- Coordinate with A/E to ensure proper flow of required packages.

- Communicate with sponsor/stakeholders/business leaders during the project
