About the role
- We are seeking an Electrical & Lighting Controls Foreman with a strong commercial construction background to lead field operations related to electrical systems and advanced lighting controls installations.
- This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and code requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead electrical crews in the installation of commercial electrical systems and lighting control systems
- Track labor hours, materials, and productivity to maintain project budgets
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets project specifications
- Train, mentor, and develop apprentice and junior electricians
- Maintain accurate daily reports, including progress updates and incident reports
Compensation
- $70k-$90k
