As Remitly enters its next phase of growth, you will help design the next version of our organization - a more AI-enabled, global, and multi-product company.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them navigate organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, performance, and employee relations.
Organizational Design & Workforce Strategy
Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies that improve organizational performance, engagement, and retention
Analyze people data to identify trends and recommend improvements in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management
Build trusted relationships with leaders and provide coaching, feedback, and guidance on team effectiveness, leadership organizational change, and talent decisions
Support compensation and performance processes, helping leaders make informed and equitable talent decisions
Help leaders build high-performing, inclusive teams and foster an environment where employees can do their best work
Partner with Legal and People team stakeholders to ensure consistent and compliant people practices
Support Remitly's commitment to belonging by helping leaders attract, develop, and retain diverse talent

Craft evidence-based cases for people investments that connect people decisions to business outcomes, including headcount, learning and development, and compensation adjustments
