  • CDSP candidates build a strong foundation in ERCOT's market systems, protocols, and grid operations, with emphasis on technical analysis, market rule interpretation, and system/process integration.
  • Understands grid and market rules, procedures, and system outputs to support accurate and consistent decision-making.
  • Build a strong foundation in ERCOT's market systems, protocols, and grid operations through structured training and mentored, real-world work.
  • Analyze operational scenarios and data, applying ERCOT Market Rules and procedures to support Market Participant's accurate, consistent decision-making.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives involving system enhancements, process optimization, and market design changes.
