About the role

Tyler Union is looking to hire a Foundry Operations Manager for the main manufacturing facility at Anniston, AL.
The Foundry Operations Manager is responsible for providing hands-on leadership while managing aspects of foundry operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.
This role oversees daily manufacturing activities that may include molding, core making, and finishing as necessary, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Lead and manage department managers within the foundry operations, including molding, core making, pouring, and finishing, as assigned.
Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
