About the role
- Provide technical leadership to global teams across the USA, Europe, and India.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by translating business challenges into effective Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor and manage large teams of programmers in one or more projects.
- Manage end-to-end resolution of incidents, defects, and service requests, including root cause analysis and long-term solution planning.
- Review solution designs, ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, and guide development and support teams.
- Mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, and support analysts while promoting knowledge sharing.
- 3+ years leading Salesforce AMS or production support teams.
- Experience managing global enterprise Salesforce implementations and support operations.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), data management, security, DevOps, and release management.
- Required Experience & Skills:
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, and Application Architect.
- Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, Generative AI, and intelligent support automation.
