About the role
- We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong project delivery experience to lead enterprise system initiatives across CRM, ERP, and operational platforms.
- This role is best suited for someone who can bridge business and technical teams and has hands-on experience driving system implementations from design to go-live.
- You will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to deliver scalable system solutions that improve business efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise systems projects (requirements → design → implementation → go-live → support)
- Manage project scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
- Drive cross-functional alignment across business teams, IT, and external vendors
- Proactively identify blockers and drive resolution
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes across systems
- Support solution design with a focus on scalability and operational efficiency
- Partner with engineering and data teams on:
- You will play a key role in driving high-impact enterprise system initiatives that directly support business growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems, IT Business Analysis, or Systems Implementation
- Proven experience leading enterprise system implementation projects end-to-end

- Solid understanding of:

- o Data flows
- o APIs (conceptual level; coding not required)
- Experience working with technical teams on system enhancements and integrations

Compensation
- Salary: 90K to 110K
