This role ensures operational performance, compliance, staff development, and continuous process improvement across assigned regions while aligning with organizational goals.

Oversee staffing plans, onboarding, and performance management Drive results through workload management, A/R performance oversight, and denial trend mitigation Coach and develop managers, supervisors, and team leads Ensure adherence to billing regulations, HIPAA requirements, and internal compliance standards Partner with senior leadership on operational improvement initiatives Monitor key metrics and lead improvement efforts to increase efficiency and outcomes Comply with all State and Federal Laws regarding an effective Compliance Program inclusive of HIPAA Privacy and Security
