Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with Medtronic business and Global IT partners to identify and define opportunities where the application of Hyperautomation & AI can advance the strategic goals and objectives of Medtronic.
  • Define and manage requirements and acceptance criteria and ensure they are incorporated into delivery.
  • Gather, review, assess, and partner to drive new ideas, and projects through the global portfolio processes.
  • Ensure solution and architecture standards maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility.
  • Research and create proof of value for related technology industry and market trends and determine their potential advantage and impact to Medtronic.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other specialists and partners within the capability.
  • Implement a continuous-improvement mindset and methodologies to increase platform value, quality, and stability.
  • Innovate and drive change management transforming the individual automation capabilities toward a synergistic solution and ensure enterprise re-use.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members.

Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile.
  • The employee is also required to interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience with an advanced degree
