About the role
- As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic Publications and Medical Affairs programs for one or more pharmaceutical clients.
- You'll also contribute to account growth, operational excellence, and the continued success of our client partnerships.
- Apply best practices and continuously identify opportunities to improve project delivery and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage project plans, estimates, budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, and financial tracking, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues where appropriate.
- Partner with scientific, editorial, creative, digital, and operational colleagues to deliver integrated, high-quality scientific communications.
- Support proposal development, identify opportunities for organic account growth, and contribute to new business activities.
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and encouraging collaborative ways of working.
- Experience collaborating across scientific, editorial, creative, digital, and operational teams to deliver integrated communication programs.

Nice to have
- About Nucleus Global
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of publication guidelines, including ICMJE and GPP, and familiarity with publication or project management systems such as Datavision is an advantage.
- A proactive mindset with an interest in supporting account growth, improving ways of working, and mentoring junior colleagues.
Skills
- Strong project management skills with experience managing timelines, budgets, forecasts, and financial processes.
Compensation
- $70,000 - $95,000 USD
- The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.
