Responsibilities

  • Serves as a strategic partner to CHN, which provides PPGP's IT, revenue cycle, and patient contact center services.
  • Works closely with PPGP's Legal and Compliance Team to identify, address, and improve issues in care ​ ​ delivery and to implement rapid changes, as needed.
  • Leads, motivates, coaches and trains leaders and managers within areas of responsibility.
  • Maintains knowledge of abortion and family planning regulations and ensures changes are implemented as necessary.
  • Uses critical thinking to assess challenges, consider diverse perspectives, and develop practical solutions.
  • Takes responsibility for actions, decisions, and performance to ensure reliability and support team success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Must have 2 years at the executive leadership level.
  • Experience working in a complex organization across multiple geographies.
  • 2 years at the executive leadership level.

Compensation

  • In coordination with the VP of Healthcare Operations, the COO is responsible for ensuring staffing levels and appointment schedule templates ​ meet or exceed productivity goals and meet or exceed annual estimated visits proposed in ​ the ​ organization's annual budget.
